Joining a waitlist is not a purchase. Submitting the form does not obligate you to buy anything.

What we collect
Information you give us on the waitlist form, or by text or email, such as:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your choices on the two optional consent boxes: agreement to receive text and email communications about the waitlist and launch, and interest in Shift Into Intent AI driving school updates
- Anything you choose to send us in a message or reply
Information collected automatically when you visit our pages, such as:
- Device, browser, and general location (IP-based)
- Pages viewed, links clicked, and referring URL
- Cookie and similar identifiers (see "Cookies and similar tools")
- Approximate timestamps of visits and form submissions
Information from service providers we use to run the waitlist, such as:
- Website, form, email, and messaging platform records
- Email and text-message logs, including delivery and opt-out records
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, or credit-card numbers on our waitlist form. Please do not send them to us by email or text.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Our services are for adults.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Add you to the waitlist and let you know when the AI Power Matrix Blueprint is released
- Contact you by text and email about the waitlist and the launch, if you checked the consent box agreeing to receive them
- Share updates about Shift Into Intent AI driving school if you checked the interest box (we send text or email messages only to people who have agreed to receive them)
- Answer questions you send us
- Improve our pages, prevent spam and fraud, and keep records we need for legal, tax, and consent purposes
- Honor opt-outs, requests, and the other rights described below
We do not sell your contact information to third-party lead buyers or data brokers.
Your consent choices
The waitlist form has two optional boxes. Both are unchecked until you choose to check them.
- Communications consent: your agreement to receive text messages and emails from Nova Rose Solutions LLC about the waitlist and launch.
- Interest in Shift Into Intent: tells us you would like updates about the Shift Into Intent AI driving school.
Agreeing to receive texts or emails is separate from accepting this policy or our Terms. Consent to receive texts or emails is not a condition of purchase, and you can withdraw it at any time using the opt-out steps below.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the communications consent box on our form (or otherwise give us written consent), you agree that Nova Rose Solutions LLC may send text messages to the mobile number you provide. Our consent language is:

Messages may be sent using an automated system. They may include:

- Updates about Shift Into Intent AI driving school, if you checked the interest box
- Replies to questions you send us
Frequency: Message frequency varies.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Nova Rose Solutions LLC does not charge a separate fee for text messages; your carrier might.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending texts to that number. You can still email us.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke text consent at any time as described above.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text-message opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared or sold for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We keep records of your consent (form language, timestamp, and related technical data) so we can show how you opted in.
How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the waitlist:
- Service providers who process data for us: the providers of our website, forms, email, and messaging platform, and hosting and analytics tools. They use your information to provide services to us, not to buy it as a consumer list.
- Professional advisors and authorities: lawyers, insurers, accountants, or government bodies when required by law, or to resolve a dispute or protect safety.
- Business transfer: if Nova Rose Solutions LLC is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that business, still subject to this policy or a successor notice.
We do not share your information with unaffiliated companies for their own marketing. Phone numbers and text-message opt-in data are never shared or sold for marketing or promotional purposes.
If a service provider has its own privacy notice, that notice also applies to the data it handles.
Cookies and similar tools
We and our service providers use cookies and similar tools on our pages, including:
- Essential cookies: page function, security, spam protection, and form and session handling
- Analytics: how pages are used, so we can improve them
Your choice: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features of our pages may not work if you do.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including:
- Waitlist records for as long as the waitlist is active, plus a reasonable period afterward
- Text and email consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to demonstrate consent and honor STOP requests
- Records we must keep for tax, legal, insurance, or dispute reasons
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, unless the law requires a longer hold.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Stop texts: reply STOP
- Stop marketing email: use the unsubscribe link, or email us
- Update or correct your name, email, or phone number
- Ask for a copy of the information we have about you
- Ask us to delete information we do not need to keep
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws (if and when they apply to us) may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or a "sale" of personal data. We will reasonably honor these requests even if a particular state statute does not currently apply to our business size.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy request." We may need to verify it is you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information for money.
If we cannot verify a request, or the law lets us keep certain records (for example, consent or legal files), we will explain.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a small business. No website, email, or text-message channel is completely secure. Please do not send Social Security numbers or payment-card numbers through our forms, by email, or by text.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change, and the new version will be posted on this page. If we make a material change to how we use phone numbers or text messages, we will provide additional notice as required (for example, a site notice or a new consent prompt).
